We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our small, friendly office specializing in general dentistry. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to patient care during the current dental assistant's maternity leave.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our dental team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient records, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We value the ability to multitask and seek a true team player who can adapt to various duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, demonstrating proficiency in dental practices and being cross-trained to handle multiple aspects of the role. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-24, negotiable based on experience, and a monthly reimbursement of $150 towards medical coverage, in addition to a paid 40-minute lunch break.
