EFDA or Dental Assistant FT
LOCATION
Lititz, PAWe are seeking a dependable and caring full-time dental assistant to join our privately owned pediatric dental practice in Lititz, PA. Our team provides high-quality oral health care in a warm, child-friendly environment, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and supporting a positive dental experience for every family.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a dental office and a strong understanding of pediatric dentistry. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and processing dental x-rays, documenting patient information, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Additional duties may include setting up for procedures, maintaining supplies, and supporting smooth daily office operations.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in pediatrics is preferred.
This is a full-time position in a supportive, professional practice that values teamwork, patient care, and a welcoming atmosphere for children and their families.
