Part time position/ Wed and Fri

We are a growing dental practice seeking a skilled and dependable dental professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in clinical care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience in a modern, team-oriented environment.

Our practice serves a general and PPO patient base, and we value efficiency, quality, and compassionate care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and be comfortable working in a setting where one patient is seen at a time, with approximately 1 hour scheduled per patient. This pacing allows time to provide thorough care, build trust, and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities include performing routine preventive care, supporting patient education, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and working collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach are essential. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds and help create a comfortable, welcoming environment.

This position offers a consistent full-time schedule with flexibility. The role includes two days at one location, with the opportunity to work an additional three days at a second location if preferred. This makes the position well-suited for someone seeking variety while remaining within the same organization. We also offer a free parking lot for convenience, and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break during the workday.
