Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Join Our Dental Team

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our private prosthodontic practice. Our modern, high-end office is built around exceptional, personalized care, and we are proud to provide a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and comfortable. As part of our close-knit team of two prosthodontists, three dental assistants, an in-house lab technician, and administrative staff, you will contribute to outstanding restorative and cosmetic dentistry with a strong focus on quality, precision, and patient relationships.

This full-time position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a collaborative setting and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. New graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to consider this opportunity. A college-level education is expected, along with strong communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive hygiene care, periodontal maintenance, prophylaxis, oral health assessments, patient education, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to provide focused, individualized care. Appointment lengths are structured to support quality service, with regular patients scheduled for 1 hour and new patients scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes. A 1-hour lunch break is provided during the workday.

We value safety and preparedness, and the office supplies essential personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

We are also pleased to offer a monthly bonus if performance goals are met, reflecting our appreciation for teamwork, efficiency, and excellence in patient care. For added convenience, parking is available; a parking permit will be provided upon successful completion of the 60-day introductory period, and metered parking is available directly in front of the office and along nearby side streets during that time.
