We are a modern, fast-paced dental office . We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant and Lead Dental Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview
We are hiring for both:
Dental Assistant (minimum 3 years experience)
Lead Dental Assistant (minimum 5 years experience)
All candidates must be confident, efficient, and experienced in a wide range of dental procedures.
Required Skills & Experience (Both Roles)
Minimum 3+ years (Assistant) / 5+ years (Lead Assistant) of dental assisting experience
Proficient in Dentrix
Experience with iTero scanner (Invisalign scans)
Ability to place Invisalign attachments/buttons
Strong assisting experience in:
General dentistry
Root canals
Crowns & bridges
Dentures
Extractions
Ability to fabricate temporary crowns and bridges
Ability to enter dental treatment in patients chart
Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Preferred (Not Required):
Oral surgery experience
Orthodontic experience
Additional Responsibilities for Lead Dental Assistant
Strong leadership and team support skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to oversee daily clinical flow and ensure efficiency
Assist with training and mentoring team members
Maintain inventory and manage supplies
Ensure operatories are fully prepared and compliant
Help implement and maintain office systems and protocols
