Solis Dental is looking for an experienced general dentist who wants more than a place to fill a schedule.

We want a clinician who wants to become exceptional.

You’ll join a modern, fully digital private practice with the systems, technology, team, and patient volume to support approximately $1.5 million in annual net production from a single doctor.

You’ll begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as demand, performance, and patient outcomes justify it. Compensation is production based.

We are near Round Rock, about 40 minutes from Downtown Austin and 35 minutes from the Domain. The area is in major growth: roughly 10 minutes from the multi-billion-dollar Samsung plant development, and Blue Origin has announced Hutto as home for its next development.

This is a fit for someone who wants to practice comprehensive dentistry, keep improving clinically, and eventually help lead the clinical side of a growing private practice.

You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You:

- Have at least 2 to 3 years of general dentistry experience.
- Are clinically solid, coachable, and still hungry to improve.
- Can explain treatment options simply and confidently.
- Believe in comprehensive care and genuine win-wins for patients.
- Build trust with patients, assistants, hygienists, and the front office.
- Are willing to follow established protocols instead of reinventing everything.
- Want to help build something, not just collect a paycheck.
- Can eventually serve as an extension of the owner dentist in clinical leadership.
- Speak English and Spanish, preferred.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide operative, restorative, aesthetic, and surgical dentistry.
- Perform at least soft-tissue impacted wisdom teeth, Invisalign, nitrous sedation, and premolar endodontics.
- Implant placement is preferred, but not required on day one.
- Use iTero, CBCT/3D imaging, AI radiography, CEREC/Primescan, and other digital systems.
- Learn laser procedures, including Fotona applications.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
- Lead the clinical team through standards, protocols, and accountability.
- Help free the owner dentist to focus on CEO-level growth and practice development.

Your role and schedule are planned for review approximately every 90 days based on:

- Clinical performance
- Schedule demand
- Patient feedback
- Team feedback
- Your development

Schedule
