Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated dental hygienist to join a modern general dental practice that blends advanced care with a warm, hometown feel. Our team believes every patient relationship should begin with trust, comfort, and clear communication. We are looking for a professional who enjoys helping patients feel informed, respected, and confident about their oral health.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is eager to provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We welcome candidates who are fresh out of school as well as those ready to grow into expanded responsibilities. Experience running a single-column hygiene schedule is important, including the ability to work independently at times when the doctor is not immediately available. There is also room to develop into an accelerated hygiene model in the future.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, ultrasonic scaling, fluoride treatments, gingivitis screening and treatment, oral hygiene instruction, dental charting, and digital X-rays. Familiarity with Cavitron, Open Dental, DEXIS, and lasers is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and excellent patient communication are essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable educating patients on home care and supporting the overall health of a general dentistry patient base.

We provide a modern work environment with a strong focus on safety and infection control. PPE available includes disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, respirator masks, extraoral suction units, Dry Shield, and foggers. A one-hour lunch break is usually provided from 12–1 PM, and parking is available onsite behind the building.

We offer a competitive pay range of $57.00–$58.00 per hour, along with a benefits package that includes 401(k) with match, health and vision insurance, in-house dental, paid time off, and holidays.
