Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygiene professional to join a private, single-doctor practice that emphasizes quality, personalized care, and a welcoming patient experience. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who values clinical excellence, strong communication, and meaningful patient relationships in a modern, collaborative environment.

Our practice focuses on general dentistry with a special emphasis on cosmetic dentistry, TMJ and neuromuscular care, and facial aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing comprehensive preventive care while supporting a practice culture rooted in attention to detail, professionalism, and patient education. Because we see one patient at a time and typically reserve one hour per appointment, you’ll have the time needed to deliver thorough, thoughtful care and build trust with each patient.

We welcome new graduates and do not require prior experience. A Dental Hygiene degree and active CO license is required. This role is well-suited for someone eager to grow in a practice that supports continued learning and offers exposure to advanced areas such as cosmetic dentistry, TMJ/neuromuscular dentistry, myofunctional therapy, and facial aesthetics.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, supporting an excellent work-life balance:
- Monday: 8–5
- Tuesday: 8–5
- Wednesday: 8–4
- Thursday: 8–3

Lunch breaks are 1 hour on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Thursday, we work through lunch due to the shorter workday.

Compensation is $60–$75 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
