Dental Hygienist

Job Title: Full-Time Dental Hygienist
Location: Erie, CO
Job Type: Full-Time, 4-5 days a week
Experience Level: 3+ year preferred (new grads welcome to apply)

Our team values compassion, communication, and clinical excellence. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
Take and review dental x-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist with patient charting and documentation
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure optimal patient care
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
Active Colorado Dental Hygienist License (Required)
CPR certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Experience with digital charting and x-rays preferred
Malpractice coverage required
Licensed in administration of local anesthetic
Preferred Qualifications but not required:
Proficient in Open Dental and Dexis
Recent OSHA and HIPAA training
Training in laser therapy
Invisalign and Itero Scanning Experience

Wages offered:
$55-$65: Single column, 1 hour hygiene appointments
$60-$70: Assisted Accelerated hygiene, 1 hour staggered appointments with overlap (similar to a dentist’s schedule) managed with a hygiene assistant.
$65-$75 Double Column assisted hygiene managed with your assistant.
