We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our thriving dental office, where we have proudly provided exceptional oral health care for over 25 years. As a single-doctor practice specializing in PPO and private services, we’re not just about treating teeth; we’re committed to delivering a comprehensive dental experience that enhances our patients' overall well-being.
In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and techniques, including laser dentistry, same-day crowns, and cosmetic procedures. Our patient-focused practice offers a wide array of services, such as preventative and diagnostic care, root canals, implants, and Invisalign. Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence
Assist doctor chairside during restorative, cosmetic, implant, and surgical procedures
Prepare and breakdown operatories efficiently for all procedures
Take high-quality digital radiographs (FMX, BW, PA, panoramic, CBCT as trained)
Assist with CEREC same-day crown workflow (scanning, milling, staining/glazing preferred)
Fabricate and adjust provisional restorations
Take impressions and digital scans (iTero/CEREC experience preferred)
-Technology & Digital Dentistry
Support CBCT imaging and guided implant workflow
Assist with 3D printing of surgical guides, models, splints, and night guards
Maintain digital charting accuracy and thorough documentation
Learn and implement advanced technologies as introduced into the practice
-Patient Experience & Education
Create a calm, reassuring environment for patients (especially anxious patients)
Clearly explain procedures and post-op instructions
Support patient education using intraoral photos and digital tools
Ensure patients feel heard, comfortable, and cared for
-Sterilization & OSHA Compliance
Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Maintain organized and fully stocked operatories
Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations

Participate in morning huddles and team meetings
Be proactive in anticipating doctor and patient needs
Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Willingness to grow and expand skills in advanced dentistry
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a general dentistry setting is required.
- X-ray certification and proficiency in coronal polishing are essential.
