Every call, greeting, and interaction reflects the calm, elevated, and patient-centered experience we are known for.

You will:

Create exceptional first impressions — on the phone and in person

Guide new patients with clarity, empathy, and confidence

Help patients feel safe, informed, and excited about their care

Set the tone for a seamless, luxury-level patient journey

🌸 What You’ll Be Responsible For

Answering inbound calls with warmth, professionalism, and intention

Converting inquiries into scheduled new patient visits

Communicating our services with health-first, patient-centered language

Managing new patient scheduling and intake flow

Coordinating with the clinical and admin team to ensure a seamless experience

Maintaining a calm, welcoming environment in a spa-like setting

Dental experience is a plus, but hospitality, concierge, or high-touch service experience is highly valued

Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience

4-day work week

Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm

2 Saturdays per month (half days)
