Seeking Experienced Surgical Assistant 3 Days a Week

Join Our Dynamic Team as a Dental Assistant!

We are a friendly, fee-for-service dental practice specializing in periodontics, looking for a skilled and dedicated part-time surgical dental assistant to join our cross-trained team. This position requires availability from Wednesday to Friday and offers a collaborative work environment in a small office setting.

Your roles will include:
Monitoring Equipment, Preoperative Preparation: Assisting with patient positioning and preparation, Sterilizing equipment and supplies, Maintaining a sterile field, Before surgery (Preoperative): Patient preparation and monitoring, Operating room setup, Assist with patient positioning, Providing exposure, Monitoring, Patient transfer, Cleanup and restocking. IV placement is a plus!

As a dental assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our periodontist during various procedures. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a dental assistant role and should be trained or willing to learn IV skills.
