We are a well-established general dental practice seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team part-time. This opportunity arises as our beloved current hygienist prepares to retire, taking with her a wealth of experience and care for our patients.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will provide exceptional patient care one-on-one, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with those you serve. You will spend approximately one hour with each patient, conducting vital procedures such as cleanings, taking X-rays, and utilizing a Cavitron for efficient and effective care. Your ability to empathize with patients and educate them on maintaining their oral health will be key to our practice’s mission.
We take pride in our private practice model, which means you will be part of a close-knit team where your contributions truly matter. You’ll enjoy the benefit of ample parking available for both you and our patients in a stand-alone building, allowing easy access for everyone.
Ideally, candidates will possess some experience working with patients in a clinical setting. We value a team player who is not only proficient in their technical skills but also dedicated to fostering a positive and caring environment.
This part-time position consists of approximately 2.5 days per week, primarily on Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Thursdays from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. As our practice continues to grow, there is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position (3.5 days per week).
Compensation for this role is competitive, with hourly rates starting at $46 and going up to $52 per hour, and we are open to transitioning to a yearly salary if you move into a full-time role. Additionally, we offer health insurance and a 401(k) matching program, supporting your well-being and future.
