We are a thriving, patient-centric dental practice looking for a powerhouse Treatment Plan Coordinator who understands that presenting care is an art form. If you are comfortable talking about large numbers, view financial objections as a puzzle to solve rather than a "No," and possess the art of persuasion, we want you on our team.
This isn't just a desk job—it’s a production-driven role with a direct track to Office Management for the right leader.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Close the Deal: Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, confidently communicating the clinical "why" behind the doctor’s recommendations.
Own the Financial Conversation: Discuss costs, insurance breakdowns, and copays transparently. You will guide patients through third-party financing (CareCredit, Proceed, etc.) to make care affordable.
Overcome Barriers: Masterfully navigate financial objections and patient hesitation, shifting the focus from "cost" to "value."
Drive Production Goals: Take ownership of the daily, weekly, and monthly practice production goals. You’ll actively track case acceptance rates and follow up on unscheduled treatment.
Lead & Advance: Shadow current leadership, master practice metrics, and develop the team-building skills necessary to step into an Office Manager role.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
The Gift of Gab & Persuasion: You know how to build instant rapport, read a room, and guide patients to say "Yes" to their health.
Financial Fluency: You are completely comfortable asking for money, handling large financial transactions, and discussing sensitive financial situations without awkwardness.
Goal-Oriented Mindset: You are motivated by numbers and thrive in an environment where your success is tied to meeting production targets.
Leadership Potential: You don't just want a job; you want a career. You have the emotional intelligence and drive to eventually lead a team.
Experience: Minimum of [2] years in dental/medical treatment coordinating or high-ticket sales (luxury retail, gym memberships, or insurance sales backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply!).
