Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-driven Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This role is essential in helping patients fully understand and confidently move forward with their treatment plans. You will coordinate care across multiple providers while ensuring a seamless, elevated experience from consultation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

-Present comprehensive, high-value treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and authenticity
-Build strong, lasting patient relationships rooted in trust and transparency
-Coordinate treatment across multiple providers with exceptional organization and attention to detail
-Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements in a professional and supportive manner
-Proactively follow up with patients to support case acceptance and continuity of care
-Ensure all patient records, treatment notes, and scheduling details are precise and complete
-Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless, high-end experience
-Uphold and reflect the practice’s core values in every patient and team interaction

-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
-3+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator or similar role
-Knowledge of Out-of-Network insurance procedures
-Proven ability to present and gain acceptance for high-value treatment
-Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance (Eaglesoft experience is a plus!)
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-provider setting
