Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager

Englewood Dental Studio is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations and help our practice run efficiently. We are a modern, technology-driven dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, professional environment.

We are looking for someone with proven experience managing a dental office, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of dental insurance and billing.

Responsibilities

-Oversee daily office operations and ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
-Manage, support, and coordinate front desk staff and the dental team.
-Handle insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding claims.
-Demonstrate strong knowledge of PPO insurance plans and fee-for-service (FFS) billing.
-Monitor accounts receivable, patient balances, collections, and insurance reimbursements.
-Manage scheduling, treatment plan follow-up, and patient communications.
-Maintain accurate patient records and office workflows using Dentrix.
-Help improve office productivity, patient experience, and overall practice performance.
-Assist with staff coordination, problem-solving, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

-Previous experience managing or independently running a dental office is required.
-Strong working knowledge of Dentrix is required.
-Experience with PPO insurance billing, fee-for-service practices, insurance claims, and collections is required.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
-Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.
-Professional, personable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
