Assistant of Awesomeness

Shenandoah, TX

We are seeking a warm, caring, and dependable individual to join our fun-loving, close-knit pediatric dental team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, teens, and special needs patients, and who is committed to creating positive experiences for patients and their families.

In this role, you will support clinical care and help keep the office running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities may include assisting during dental procedures, preparing treatment areas, sterilizing instruments, taking accurate notes, and helping patients feel comfortable and safe. A gentle attitude, kindness, and patience are essential. No prior experience is required, and cross-training is not necessary.

We welcome candidates with a valid RDA who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive pediatric setting. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, dental benefits, ortho benefits, and more. Compensation is between $17 and $26 per hour. Additional conveniences include a large on-site parking lot and a generous lunch break of 2 hours, including time to rest and time to complete tasks without patients present.
