Our growing dental practice is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Experienced Licensed Dental Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in general dentistry to join our team. We take pride in creating a positive experience for our patients while maintaining a supportive, professional environment for our staff.

What You’ll Do
As an Experienced Licensed Dental Assistant, you will play an essential role in helping our dentists provide exceptional care.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments
• Taking dental X-rays and maintaining patient records
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Ensuring patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Maintaining infection control protocols and OSHA compliance
• Supporting a smooth and efficient daily schedule
Clinical Assisting Duties Include:
• Assisting with restorative procedures such as fillings and crowns
• Assisting with root canal procedures
• Assisting with dental implant procedures and All-on-4 treatments
• Assisting with removable prosthetics including dentures
• Assisting with oral surgery procedures
• Assisting with traditional orthodontics and Invisalign cases
Perform Expanded Functions:
• Perform expanded duties as allowed by state law and as directed by the dentist
• Apply sealants and assist with preventative procedures
• Fabricate temporary crowns and/or Cerec crowns when needed
• Utilize digital scanning technology such as the Aoralscan Elf Scanner
• Operate portable radiography equipment such as Nomad units
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experienced Licensed Dental Assistant (as required by state)
✔ Minimum of 2 years of experience working in general dentistry
✔ Experience with chairside assisting and dental radiography
✔ Experience with Curve dental operating software is a plus
✔ Experience with digital scanners (Aoralscan preferred)
✔ A positive attitude and strong team mindset
✔ A passion for patient comfort and exceptional care
✔ Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
✔ Takes pride in their work and in providing high-quality patient care
