Dental Insurance Biller – Experienced (Dentrix Required)

Location: 1420 Avenue P, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11229
Schedule: Full-Time (30–40 hours per week)
Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a highly experienced Dental Insurance Biller to join our busy, multi-provider dental practice in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands dental billing from start to finish and can manage claims efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule Requirements
- 30–40 hours per week
- Must be available for late evening shifts
- Must be able to commute to Brooklyn, NY

Key Responsibilities
- Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims
- Review and process EOBs and insurance payments
- Resolve unpaid, denied, or delayed claims
- Verify insurance benefits and plan limitations
- Post payments and adjustments accurately
- Communicate with insurance companies and the internal team
- Maintain accurate billing and insurance records in Dentrix
- Ensure compliance with office policies and billing standards

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of dental insurance billing experience
- Strong proficiency in Dentrix (required)
- Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedure codes
- Experience with PPO plans and insurance workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills
