We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to provide comprehensive dental care and work alongside a supportive staff in a thriving single-doctor office.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality hygiene services to our diverse patient base, which includes both PPO and private practice patients. You will have the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time, typically spending 60 minutes with each individual to ensure they receive thorough care tailored to their needs.
With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Frank Kaman leads our practice with a dedication to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence. As part of our team, you will collaborate with one other hygienist, dental assistants, and front office staff to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Your role will involve utilizing Dentrix and DEXIS software for patient management and charting, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
This full-time position offers a structured schedule, with patient appointments from Monday to Thursday, running from 8 AM to 4 PM. Staff members are expected to arrive between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM, with a 60-minute lunch break included in your workday.
The position is open due to the medical leave of our current hygienist, and we are eager to find an enthusiastic replacement. We offer a competitive starting salary of $45 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with a benefits package which includes a Family Dental Plan, Medical Reimbursement, Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, and a Uniform Allowance.
