Are you an enthusiastic and skilled dental hygienist looking to join a dynamic general dental office? We are seeking a part-time dental hygienist to join our dedicated team of professionals in a practice that values patient care and teamwork. With a focus on general dentistry as well as prosthodontics, you will be an integral part of a multi-doctor office featuring Dr. James Gainer, Dr. Adrian LePendu, and Dr. William Watt.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of experienced hygienists and other staff, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care during their visits. Our office prides itself on providing comprehensive dental services and creating an inviting atmosphere. You will see one patient at a time, spending approximately two hours with new patients and one hour with recall patients. This allows you the time needed to educate and connect with each individual.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and should be familiar with practice management software such as Open Dental or Overjet. We use Nomads for Taking digital x-rays. Your ability to deliver top-notch hygiene services will not only contribute to our patients’ oral health but will also enrich our supportive team environment.
We are proud to provide our hygienists with personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and uniforms for full-time staff. You will enjoy a one-hour lunch break each day, allowing you to recharge and take care of yourself amid a rewarding workday.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $43-$44, depending on your experience, as well as benefits such as paid time off (PTO) and a retirement match after six months of service. This opportunity becomes available as we prepare to welcome a new member to our team due to the retirement of our long-time hygienist.
