Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and professional dental hygienist to join our general dentistry practice on a full-time basis (3 days a week). This position is available due to the retirement of our current dental hygienist, creating an opportunity for a dedicated clinician to step into an established role within a supportive and patient-focused team.

Set hours: Tuesdays 7am to 4pm, Wednesdays 8am to 4pm and Thursdays 8am to 4pm.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RDH with 2 years of experience preferred and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality preventive care. In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services, including periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, patient education, and other routine clinical procedures consistent with general practice standards. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend 60 minutes with each adult patient, allowing for quality care and meaningful patient communication.

We are looking for someone who brings excellent clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor. The ability to educate patients clearly, support treatment acceptance, and maintain thorough records is essential. A team-oriented attitude and attention to detail will help you succeed in this environment.

This part-time position offers a competitive compensation structure of hourly pay plus commission, along with bonus opportunities.
