Registered Dental Hygienist
LOCATION
Mendon, MIWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join our general practice as a full-time dental hygienist. This position is ideal for someone who values high-quality patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative clinical environment, and is committed to supporting long-term oral health outcomes. The right candidate will bring a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a patient-focused approach to every appointment.
In this role, you will provide preventive dental care and support the overall success of a busy general dental office. Responsibilities include performing routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, and patient education. You will work with one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing you the time needed to deliver thorough, attentive care. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who appreciates a steady workflow and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients.
A current Dental Hygiene license is required for this position. Candidates should have a solid understanding of preventive care, attention to detail, and the professionalism needed to communicate effectively with patients and the dental team. A college-level education and strong clinical judgment will be beneficial in this role.
This is a full-time opportunity with a supportive schedule and a comfortable work environment. Parking is available in the office parking lot for added convenience. Lunch break options include no lunch, a 30-minute lunch, or a 60-minute lunch, depending on the needs of the schedule and team. Compensation is competitive at $40–$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
