We are a dynamic and growing dental practice with two established locations in McAllen and Palmview, Texas, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to join our team on a full-time basis.

At our practice, we prioritize comprehensive care and aim to treat our adult patients with a wide array of services in-house, spanning General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, as well as accommodating Medicaid and PPO patients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated dentist who enjoys a diverse range of procedures and values collaboration, quality, and long-term patient relationships.

Our modern, fully digital offices are equipped with the latest technology, and our experienced staff is committed to providing a supportive environment for both patients and team members alike. We maintain a steady flow of adult patients, ensuring that you have ample opportunities to grow and excel in your practice.

As we prioritize the safety and well-being of both our staff and patients, we provide comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks.

In addition to a fulfilling work environment, we offer competitive compensation based on a negotiable percentage of collections, providing the flexibility to work between our two locations in McAllen and Palmview.
