Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Office Manager – Endodontic Dental Practice
Compensation: $30–$35/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 4–5 days/week Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (hours may vary to support patient emergencies)

We are a specialty endodontic practice dedicated to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and supporting patients through urgent dental needs. We are seeking a confident and organized Office Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Do

Manage both the front office and clinical team with professionalism and positivity
Oversee day-to-day operations
Supervise patient scheduling, patient flow, and provider coordination
Handle patient communication, phone calls, and check-in/out
Support insurance processes including benefits verification, coding & claims submission
Assist with HR tasks: onboarding & team training
Manage office inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relations
Problem-solve calmly and efficiently in day-to-day and emergency situations
Be the communication bridge between clinical, administrative, patients, and doctors
What We’re Looking For

Previous dental office leadership strongly preferred
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Experience with insurance billing and scheduling systems
Comfortable leading and supporting a team on both administrative and clinical sides
Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
