Position: Dental Assistant
We’re seeking an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who learns quickly, thinks critically, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
1–2 years of chairside dental assisting experience (preferred)
Familiarity with Eaglesoft (preferred)
Highly organized, efficient, and adaptable
Personable, professional, and patient-oriented
Responsibilities
Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, CDC, ADA, and HIPAA standards
Assist chairside using 4-handed dentistry techniques
Capture digital X-rays, take impressions, and pour models
Chart accurately and anticipate the doctor’s needs during procedures
Support front desk operations as needed—greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, and processing payments
Communicate effectively between clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Hours
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
