Task will focus on contacting patients for recall appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and handle scheduling requests.

They handle both inbound and outbound calls for scheduling appointments, answering patient questions, and assisting with billing inquiries. Some opportunities may be remote.
Dental Scheduler or Scheduling Coordinator: Found in both call centers and individual offices, these professionals specialize in managing patient appointment books. They contact patients for recall appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and handle scheduling requests.
Dental Front Office or Receptionist: This is an on-site position at a specific dental practice. In addition to phone-based duties, the role includes administrative tasks like checking patients in and out, processing insurance paperwork, and collecting payments.
