Austin Lifetime Dental is seeking a full-time Dental Patient Coordinator to join our privately owned Austin practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong team culture, and takes pride in creating a positive patient experience from the first phone call to checkout.
The Patient Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling efficiently, checking patients in and out, presenting financial plans, handling payments, and supporting daily administrative operations. The right candidate understands dental insurance, patient ledgers, and billing, and is confident using multiple programs throughout the day.
We are looking for someone with at least two years of dental experience, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. This is a Monday through Thursday, in-person position offering $20 to $25 per hour based on experience, along with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, holiday pay, continuing education, paid training, dental, healthcare contribution, and monthly bonus system.
