Marlton Modern Dentistry is a new, family-owned, NON-CORPORATE private practice focused on high quality care, modern technology, and an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team.
This is not a high-volume hygiene mill. We schedule one full hour per patient so you can practice the way hygiene was meant to be practiced — thorough, unrushed, and relationship-driven.
What We’re Looking For
Active RDH license in NJ
Anesthesia permit required
Comfortable with digital technology and scanning
Strong communication and patient education skills
Team player who enjoys a modern, organized environment
Hygienist Responsibilities & Duties
As a key clinical provider in our practice, you will:
Perform comprehensive prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance, and exams
Administer local anesthesia when needed
Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans
Complete thorough periodontal charting and documentation in digital charts
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment needs
Assist in co-diagnosis with the doctor using intraoral scans and imaging
Identify restorative, periodontal, and implant needs and communicate findings clearly
Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
Help create an exceptional, comfortable patient experience
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture
You will be given the time, tools, and support to do hygiene correctly — not rushed.
