We are a growing, private fee-for-service dental practice looking for a dependable, motivated Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our close-knit team full-time.

We are a small office that values excellent dentistry, great patient relationships, teamwork, and people who take pride in what they do. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position with real opportunity to grow as the practice grows.

Compensation

Dental Assistant: $26–$30/hour based on experience

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA): $32–$38/hour based on experience and clinical skills

General dentistry experience is preferred.

Dental Assistant candidates should preferably have a New Jersey dental radiology license.

RDA candidates must have an active New Jersey RDA credential.
