About the Opportunity

We are seeking 1 full-time or 2 part-time Associate Dentists to join our thriving practices in Albuquerque, NM. Our offices are modern, fully equipped with the latest technology (iTero scanners, high-speed drills, advanced systems), and supported by a highly trained team. You’ll enjoy true clinical autonomy while working in a busy environment averaging 15–20 patients/day with 100+ new patients/month.

This role offers tremendous growth, mentorship, and the chance to eventually take over a retiring dentist’s thriving patient base.

Practice Details

2–3 million dollar practices with strong patient demand

All offices within 15 minutes of each other (no travel required for your role)

Wide range of cases: same-day treatment, minimal referrals out

Flexible work hours – current schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, but option to shift to Monday–Friday if desired

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation: 35% of collections (highest earning model in the market)

Choice of 1099 or W2 structure (earn more as independent contractor or opt for stability)

Daily Minimum Guarantee: $1,000/day (8 hrs) or $1,300/day (11 hrs) for 3–6 months

$20–30K Sign-on Bonus + $10K relocation

Qualifications

DDS/DMD degree from an accredited program

Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in New Mexico

Strong work ethic and ability to manage a productive patient flow

Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
