LOCATION
Pasadena, MDWe are seeking a dependable, team-oriented dental assistant for a full-time position in a modern dental office serving general, PPO, and private practice patients. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and committed to providing excellent chairside support and patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking and processing X-rays, sterilizing instruments, setting up and breaking down operatories, documenting patient information, and helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day. This role also involves expanded functions and supporting both clinical and administrative needs as assigned.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, X-ray certification, expanded functions experience, and preferably a minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important for success in this role. Cross-training is not required.
