About the Opportunity
Our growing Digital Smile Design (DSD) Certified dental practice is looking for a motivated, caring, and professional team member to join us long-term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, has experience with dental insurance coordination, and is excited to learn and grow within a unique, patient-centered practice.
Responsibilities
• Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
• Build strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey
• Verify insurance benefits and coordinate PPO insurance billing
• Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment and financial arrangements
• Support daily office operations and work closely with the clinical team
• Learn and implement our unique Digital Smile Design patient protocol
• Be willing to learn different aspects of the practice and grow into new responsibilities
Qualifications
• Experience with dental billing and insurance coordination
• Knowledge of PPO insurance billing
• Fluent English required
• Spanish speaking required
• Experience with Dentrix preferred
• Treatment planning experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Warm, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for patient care
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the initial interview and will be based on experience and qualifications.
