Who is this guy?
My name Gage Williams. I am just a normal guy who landed a bombshell of a wife and we have four wonderfully-crazy kids together after 11 years of marriage. My practice philosophy has been heavily influenced by my wife who had some very poor experiences with taking our children to different medical offices. I want the best for my kids, and I want to deliver the best to every kid that walks through my door or every kid that I bump into at Walmart.
I currently work as an associate here locally. But I want to do things different, because of this I have opened up my own office, and I hope to be fortunate enough to have you apply.
Tell me about the office
Alright, so I am a start up. We will be slower at first. I will never send you home because we are slow, your hours will be guaranteed. Now, if we are slow, we might do some fun marketing reels, but you will always receive your full paycheck. My responsibility is to get the butts in the chair, and if I fail at that, then you do not get punished by getting 1/2 a paycheck.
This is a holistic dental clinic. We offer different options than other places might. Evaluating the child as a whole and having ample time for each visit is essential so that we do not dilute our quality of care.

Your role as the Hygienist
You have an important role, you spend a lot of time with patients and parents. Recare visits are the life blood of most practices. I want you to have the latitude to establish and maintain standards of our recare visits. You're essentially running point on the aspect that controls the health of our practice... So, sure it's a lot of responsibility, but you are also in control of how that component is ran!
