We are seeking a Sterilization Tech (RDA) to join our incredible team full-time! **Our ideal Sterilization Tech will have an active Registered Dental Assistant license within the state of Texas and some RDA/Sterilization Tech experience. However, we are willing to train someone new to dentistry if they have the right attitude. This is a great opportunity if you are a newly registered dental assistant seeking your first position in the field.**
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am to 5:15pm
Compensation: $14-$16/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
*Be friendly and dependable with a positive attitude
*Be willing to learn and grow with our team
*Provide top-notch customer service
*Be proficient in capturing diagnostic digital radiographs
*Record accurate and up-to-date treatment needs and documentation
*Be able to take care of the patient's needs and concerns with compassion
*Sterilization of dental instruments following OSHA guidelines
Requirements:
*Active Registered Dental Assistant License as required by state
*Sterilization Tech/RDA experience preferred
*Current CPR certification
*Xray certification
*Denticon experience is a plus
