Our modern, private, PPO/FFS dental practice is seeking an experienced Front Lead / Treatment Coordinator to join our exceptional team. If you excel in patient communication, billing, treatment presentation, and high-level organization, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for strong background in treatment coordination and patient financial discussions.
Confidence in treatment plan presentation, case acceptance, and patient follow-up.
Solid experience with billing, insurance verification, and claims management.
Proficiency with Open Dental (required)
A polished, professional demeanor suitable for a luxury private practice.
Leadership qualities with the ability to support and guide front office operations.
