What You’ll Do
Support the day-to-day flow of the office and keep things running smoothly
Lead, coach, and encourage team members
Help create a positive and supportive work environment
Keep the schedule organized and the patient experience seamless
Monitor basic practice metrics like production and collections
Work closely with the doctors and team to keep the office thriving
Help maintain compliance and strong office systems
What We’re Looking For
Experience in dental leadership or office management
Someone who leads with positivity and accountability
Strong communication and people skills
Organized and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
A team player who enjoys supporting others
Familiarity with dental software and insurance workflows is a plus
