Dental Coodinator

Apex Dental Collective, formerly Dental Care of South Jersey, now under new ownership is a trusted group of 10 family dental offices serving communities across South Jersey. We combine the warmth of a neighborhood practice with the resources and stability of a larger team.

We are seeking a dependable and friendly front office team member to support a busy dental practice that provides high-quality, comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Our team serves a wide range of specialties, including general dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and endodontics, with experience treating patients under Medicaid and PPO plans in a multi-doctor setting.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience from the moment patients arrive. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and helping coordinate care between clinical and administrative teams. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. A high school education is required, and prior dental or front desk experience is a plus.
