Pediatric EFDA

LOCATION
Lithia Springs, GA

YOU MUST HAVE DENTAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE AND EFDA CERTIFICATE!
Pay is based on experience, up to $21/hr.

The Children's Dental Group is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our established team. CDG is seeking a motivated self-starter team member that is reliable, warm and friendly. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have meticulous attention to detail.

Duties:
- Prepare treatment room for patient based on procedure recommended by dentist
- Assist dentist chairside with dental procedures
- Charting and treatment planning
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and protocols (sterilization)
- Educating patients (oral hygiene, post op instructions, etc.)
- Ability to apply dental sealants, take radiographs, and rubber cup polish independently (EFDA REQUIRED!)
- Contributes to team effort
Preferred:
- Experience with Open Dental
- 1-2 years of dental assisting experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)

Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
