We are a progressive general dental practice seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. Our practice is committed to providing exceptional patient care with a focus on building lasting relationships. We believe Dental Assistants to be key providers in the health of our patients and as such, you will play a vital role in enhancing patients' oral health and ensuring a comfortable dental experience.

In our single-doctor private practice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the dentist, providing high-quality dental care tailored to each patient's needs. We value teamwork and are looking for someone who embodies a great team-player attitude and demonstrates an exceptional work ethic. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with patients, fostering trust and loyalty while educating them on the importance of oral hygiene.

Key responsibilities include utilizing skills such as air polishing, coronal polishing, suture removal, temporary crown fabrication, fluoride treatment, and performing digital radiography. You will conduct thorough dental charting while assisting our dentist during exams and treatment. Your role will also encompass organization and ordering of supplies, compliance with OSHA management, and utilizing advanced technology, including DEXIS, iTero, and NOMAD Pro.

To ensure your safety and comfort, the practice provides personal protective equipment (PPE) such as disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, and nitrile gloves. All operatories feature large windows with plenty of natural light, allowing a pleasant environment that nurtures happy and healthy mental health. Not only that, you will also enjoy a one-hour lunch break to recharge between morning and afternoon appointments!
