Dentist at Plum Creek is a privately owned, 8-operatory practice in the heart of one of the fastest-growing communities in the state. We are part of a 3-location group founded by Dr. Mahesh Dholariya, DDS. We are not a DSO or a management company. We are a dentist-owned practice where clinical decisions are made by clinicians and not middle management.

We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our fun, loving, and growing team!

COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $53-$58 per hour based on experience.

Performance Bonus: Our RDHs routinely earn an additional $1-$11 per hour through our transparent bonus program every month on top of base pay.

CE Sponsored: We sponsor LASER and Local Anesthesia CE courses so you can continue developing your clinical skills. Company pays 100% of this cost.

SCHEDULE

Full-Time | Monday-Friday

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE
One column only. No stacking. No rushing.
New adult patients: 80 minutes, including full health history, PANO, 4 BWs, 3 PAs, perio chart, iTero scan, prophy, exam, and oral hygiene instructions.
Recall appointments: 60 minutes.
SRP scheduled in dedicated blocks, never squeezed into a prophy appointment.
Administer your own local anesthesia.
Your own dedicated LASER unit. No waiting. No sharing.
CLINICAL TOOLS YOU WILL USE EVERY DAY
LASER-assisted bacterial reduction (LBR) for periodontal patients
LASER-assisted periodontal therapy (LAPT) for active periodontal disease
Avora
Curodont, SDF, Perio Protect, fluoride varnish, and fluoride trays based on caries risk assessment
OralID oral cancer screenings performed on every new patient
Open Dental practice management software
Pearl AI and AI-assisted periodontal charting
iTero scanner
CBCT

No Arestin. Our evidence-based clinical decisions are made in collaboration with our referral periodontists.
No two-column hygiene.
No clocking out because of patient cancellations. Your time is respected.

Lead RDH reviews periodontal patient percentages across the hygiene team.
Weekly tracking of reappointment rate, fluoride placement, and care per hour.
Standardized diagnostic protocols followed by every provider.
