You will be empowered to educate patients, assist them in achieving their oral health goals, and build long-lasting relationships that enhance their dental journey.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing high-quality dental hygiene care, performing thorough cleanings, and conducting patient education sessions. You will see one patient at a time, allowing for detailed and personalized attention. We typically allocate 90 minutes for new adult patients, 90 minutes for Scaling and Root Planing (2 quadrants), and 60 minutes for adult recall appointments, providing the comprehensive care our patients deserve.

To thrive in this position, you should hold a valid North Carolina Dental Hygiene License. While certification in Local Anesthesia is preferred, it is not required. Strong communication skills and an ability to engage and educate patients effectively are essential. Familiarity with iTero scanning is a plus, but we are more than happy to train the right candidate. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional care will serve you well in our practice.
