An experienced dentist is needed! Cross Timbers Dental is a private practice found in Flower Mound, Texas, not corporate-owned.

It has 15 operatories with Adec equipment.
We are fee-for-service and accept some PPO plans.

The office sees approximately 100+ new patients per month. Two of the existing doctors are scaling back leaving plenty of room for another doctor.

Our office offers the following services: • Restorative • Endo using the Endo Sequence system • Invisalign • Cone beam CT imaging • Digital scanning with the iTero Element • Enteral sedation by associates • IV sedation by anesthesiologists

The associate will handle restorative dentistry, endo, minor pedo, cosmetic procedures, extractions, and implant restorations. Invisalign and sedation certified is preferred but not mandatory. The associate must be able to work out of 2 ops and delegate to assistants. All doctors wear loupes with a light as a quality control measure.

The office has 5-7 hygienists per day with many periodic exams. We love emergency appointments and offer same-day treatment to our patients. Working in an extra crown, root canal, filling, or extraction to an already busy schedule is not unusual. As a result, our schedule changes throughout the day. Flexibility is essential.

Employment is Part-time. No weekends or late nights.

Compensation is 30% of production. First 90 days is hourly or commission whichever is higher. Other benefits include CE allowance, 401 (K), access to health care insurance, and vacation.
