We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our thriving private dental practice located in a close-knit southwest suburb of Chicago. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who values a collaborative and patient-focused work environment. Our practice is operated by a single doctor, which allows for personalized care and the development of strong relationships with our loyal patient base.

In our well-organized and fully digital office, you will work in a warm and welcoming atmosphere equipped with modern technology to support a seamless clinical experience. Our office, featuring three operatories, is designed to facilitate a calm and efficient workflow. As a key member of our dental team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients through thoughtful treatment and excellent oral care.

Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, providing patient education on oral health, taking dental radiographs, and assisting with various preventive and therapeutic procedures. Typically, you will spend between 45 to 75 minutes with each patient, depending on their needs. We pride ourselves on our patient-centered approach, ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their treatment journey.

While experience with Eaglesoft software is beneficial, it is not a requirement, and we encourage both new graduates and experienced professionals to apply. We understand the importance of professional growth and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.

This position currently offers flexibility with one day per week and potential to increase to two days, based on practice needs. We offer competitive compensation, with hourly rates ranging from $45 to $50.
