Pediatric Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator
LOCATION
Henderson, NCJoin our dynamic dental office dedicated to providing exceptional oral healthcare for children from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health care needs. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, safe, and state-of-the-art environment that focuses on prevention and education for families.
We are looking for a motivated front office team member to support our multi-doctor practice specializing in pedodontics and working with both Medicaid and private insurance plans. This full-time position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and experience with Eaglesoft. Responsibilities will include appointment scheduling, check out, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for our young patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be bilingual, and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere. Familiarity with front desk operations and a passion for dentistry will be essential in helping us achieve our mission of establishing healthy dental habits from a young age.
