Looking for full/part time hygienist in Lagrange Park

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our busy, patient-focused dental team on a full-time or part-time basis. Our practice is a general, multi-doctor office serving PPO and private-pay patients with a strong commitment to high-quality care, clear communication, and a welcoming experience for every patient. As part of our team, you will provide comprehensive preventive care and support a full range of services, including routine cleanings, oral cancer screenings, periodontal maintenance procedures, scaling and root planing, and oral hygiene instruction to patients. You will typically see one patient at a time and have the opportunity to spend about one hour with most adult prophylaxis appointments, 30 minutes for pediatric visits, and additional time when needed for SRP procedures. We value the time and attention needed to deliver excellent care.

Responsibilities include performing dental hygiene procedures, taking intraoral x-rays and photographs, maintaining accurate dental charting, assisting with patient recall, and cleaning rooms/instruments. Experience with Dentrix, DEXIS, intraoral cameras, and iTero is preferred, though not necessary. Training and support may be provided as needed to help learn software used at the office. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are highly encouraged.

An active dental hygiene license is required. We welcome candidates at any experience level, including recent graduates from college-level dental hygiene programs. Our office is committed to professional growth and offers admission to a hygiene study club to help support continued learning and development. We also offer yearly CE in regards to HIPAA/OSHA training, and CPR training once every 2 years.

We provide a safe, well-equipped clinical environment with disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Additional amenities include side-of-building parking and a paid lunch break of 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the length of the workday.

Compensation is $50–$52 per hour, along with a strong benefits package that includes PTO, a Simple IRA with employer match, paid major holidays, and free dental care for your spouse and children, excluding lab costs.
