We’re a new, fast-growing private practice, proudly just over a year old, and we’re looking for a driven, experienced, and people-focused Office Manager who’s excited to help us grow.

What You’ll Do

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice — keeping operations smooth, patients happy, and the team aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations with professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail.
Partner with the doctor to help grow the practice through operational excellence, patient experience, and community engagement.
Review treatment plans with patients, explain recommended care, and present financial options clearly and compassionately.
Monitor schedules, collections, and patient flow to maximize efficiency.
Manage front office and clinical staff, fostering accountability and teamwork.
Ensure accurate insurance verification, billing, and patient record management (Open Dental experience preferred).
Identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes, and enhance the overall patient experience.
Maintain a polished, warm, and family-oriented atmosphere that reflects our brand.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of dental office management (Open Dental experience a plus).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with both patients and team members.
Strong understanding of insurance, scheduling, and financial coordination.
A proactive problem solver who stays calm and composed under pressure.
Someone motivated to help grow a new practice and take pride in seeing results.
