We are seeking a motivated and experienced front office professional to join our dedicated team in our thriving dental practice. With over 30 years of serving our community, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a warm and collaborative environment. Advanced training will be paid for - the more knowledge the better! We value growth and learning and are always evolving!

As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing billing, collections, scheduling, and benefit coordination. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients will be vital, as you will be the first point of contact in our office. Your experience with Dentrix scheduling software will also be essential in maintaining a seamless flow in our practice.

We value individuals who are personable, organized, and timely, with strong verbal and intellectual communication skills within the dental field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required to ensure you can effectively coordinate treatment and provide exceptional service to our patients.
