ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a high-performing, patient-centered dental practice in Dallas that takes clinical excellence seriously. We place implants, deliver cosmetic restorations, and give our patients smiles they are proud to show off. We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who matches our pace, our precision, and our standard of care.
This is a chair-side role where your clinical skill, your attention to detail, and your ability to connect with patients in both English and Spanish will make a real difference every single day. If you are experienced, thorough, energetic, and ready to do your best work — you will thrive here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Assist with restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, composites, and buildups — chair-side from start to finish
• Assist with implant placement and restorative implant procedures; understand the workflow and anticipate the doctor's next step
• Assist with orthodontic aligner delivery, attachment placement, and adjustment appointments
• Support braces and wire procedures when needed (a plus, not a dealbreaker)
• Document thorough, accurate patient chart notes after every procedure — no shortcuts
• Collect and record complete patient information including medical history, medications, and concerns
• Take and review X-rays and photographs with precision; flag anything that needs the doctor's attention
• Sterilize, organize, and maintain instruments and operatories to the highest standard
• Communicate clearly with patients in English and Spanish before, during, and after treatment
• Anticipate problems in the flow of the day and solve them before they slow anyone down
WHO YOU ARE
• REQUIRED: You hold an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and Nitrous Certification
• REQUIRED: You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• REQUIRED: You have strong, hands-on experience with restorative procedures — you do not need to be walked through it
• REQUIRED: You have assisted with implant cases and are comfortable with the surgical and restorative phases
• You are meticulous with patient documentation — thorough, accurate, and timely
• You know how to make patients feel calm and cared for, especially when they are nervous
• You can read the room, read the doctor, and stay two steps ahead
• You take ownership of your operatory and your patients — nothing gets missed on your watch
• Ortho aligner and braces experience is a strong plus
• Dentrix experience is preferred
