HYGIENE/SCHEDULING COORDINATOR for Private Dental Practice

Katy, TXWe are seeking a motivated and friendly Hygiene/Scheduling Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic dental practice.
As a trusted, privately owned dental practice in Cinco Ranch, Katy, we are proud to serve our community with compassionate, exceptional, personalized care for patients of all ages, across various specialties including general dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, implants and more.
Our office offers a full range of general dentistry along with specialized treatments, ensuring the highest standards for every stage of our patients journey. Our team values relationships, transparency, and education—empowering patients to make confident decisions about their oral health. We would love to have you join us!
In this full-time position, Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm, you will play a vital role in:
- ensuring seamless communication between our team and our valued patients
- creating patients first impression of our office
- welcoming patients at front desk as needed
- managing all hygiene schedules and daily flow
- coordinate incoming and outgoing referrals
- treatment planning and scheduling treatment as needed
- prepare and interpret financial and productivity reports
- auditing appointments and notifying patients of any financial responsibilities
- collection at checkout
- working closely with and backing-up the other front team positions as needed

Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a dental setting. The ideal candidate is well-organized, demonstrates strong communication skills, detail oriented, out of the box thinker, and has the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package:
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + bonus
